Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Service Clerk to join our team at Qwik Media Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from customers, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, reports, and other documents.
  • Process customer transactions, including receiving payments and issuing receipts.
  • Manage and maintain digital databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Windows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
