Senior Conveyancer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conveyancer to join our Commercial Real Estate team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, outside counsel, and staff, providing exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Prepare and manage documents, including commercial transactions, and provide logistical support as required.
- Perform due diligence searches, including BC Online registrations, Personal Property Registry registrations, and LTSA searches.
- Review financing facility letters, create and organize files, and revise security documents as needed.
- Prepare closing books, trust reconciliations, billing, and reporting letters.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law and conveyancing practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office 9, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with PC Law and ALF is an asset.
