Job Title: Team Lead Software Verification

CS GROUP is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Software Verification to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality of our deliverables, reviewing and validating the team's output, and defining work packages and managing suppliers when activities are outsourced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement software verification processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, focusing on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Instill a positive work ethic in the team and provide weekly status updates and workload assessments to the Project Manager.
  • Identify and provide team training, and actively participate in the development of the company through involvement in technical and commercial proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Verification & Validation of Embedded Software in a DO178B or DO178C environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead, with skills in software development, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of software development tools, such as SCADE, Matlab / Simulink, C, C++, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
