About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to join our team at Hellcat Logistics Inc. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate, providing a clear picture of our operations.
  • Coordinate Dispatch: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring that our drivers are equipped to meet the demands of our customers.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing solutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor Shipments: Track the movement of goods and ensure that they are delivered on time, meeting the expectations of our customers.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Regulations: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
Work Environment

As a Logistics Dispatcher at Hellcat Logistics Inc, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of physical demand. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
