Client Relationship Manager

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal partners to provide comprehensive financial solutions
- Utilize technology to deliver a personalized client experience and drive sales growth
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Budget and forecast sales performance to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a sales and service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Digital literacy and proficiency in technology
- Fluency in English (French is an asset)
