The Opportunity:

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a key role in shaping our user experience and informing our product development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct user research to inform design decisions and product development

* Develop and maintain user personas and user journey maps

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered solutions

* Analyze data and metrics to inform design decisions and product development

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. human-computer interaction, psychology, design)

* 3+ years of experience in UX research

* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g. Excel, R, Python)

* Fluency in English is required, French is an asset

Language: English is required, French is an asset
