Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent at Hometon Inc., you will:

  • Client Representation: Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in real estate properties and provide expert guidance tailored to their unique needs and goals.
  • Exclusive Preconstruction Opportunities: Utilize our platinum brokerage status to offer clients red carpet early access to preconstruction projects and educate them on the benefits and details of these exclusive opportunities.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about real estate trends and market conditions in Toronto and the GTA and conduct thorough research to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Transaction Support: Guide clients through the transaction process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience, and work collaboratively with the brokerage team for seamless client support.
  • Business Development: Build and expand your network to attract new clients and maintain long-term relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups.
Qualifications

To be successful as a Real Estate Agent at Hometon Inc., you should have:

  • A valid Ontario Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
  • Open to both experienced realtors and new agents starting their careers.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to advocate for client interests.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. As a member of our team, you will also receive:
