Truck Operations Manager

iLoad Trucking Ltd. is seeking an experienced Truck Operations Manager to lead our team of truck drivers and projects.
About the Role:
- Supervise a team of truck drivers and oversee project operations to ensure timely completion and optimal results.
- Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Coordinate and schedule activities, including daily operations and long-term planning.
- Evaluate and implement processes to improve health and safety regulations compliance and overall efficiency.
- Coordinate repairs and rentals of company vehicles and equipment as needed.
- Procure or requisition materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for project operations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Permanent employment opportunity with a standard full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
- Proficiency in English language as the primary working language.
Compensation and Benefits:
iLoad Trucking Ltd. offers a competitive salary range estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits may include opportunities for professional growth and development, comprehensive health insurance, and a pension plan.
