Overview: Yellowknife Motors is a leading dealership in the automotive industry, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.


Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.


Job Description: We are looking for an expert communicator who can build rapport with customers and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. You will be passionate about creating long-term relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service, and achieving sales targets.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Able to listen actively and document customer needs and expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a keen eye for detail
  • Flexible and open to change; willing to take on special tasks as needed
  • Ability to manage customer complaints and solve difficult problems
  • Holds a valid driver's license
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • College certificate or additional courses would be an asset
  • Automotive sales experience would be an asset
