Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Express Box Delivery Corp.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
- Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Bookkeeping and Financial Management: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Accessibility and Inclusion: Provide physical, visual, and auditory accessibility accommodations to ensure equal access for all employees and visitors.
- Support for Diverse Groups: Participate in programs and initiatives that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
