As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Johnson Controls Commercial Security services and technology such as access control, CCTV, digital video recording, intrusion, closing new business and ensuring customer retention. This field sales position requires frequent travel to customer sites, with the option to work remotely from home.

We offer a competitive salary and bonus plan, with a guaranteed minimum of $80,000 per year, plus commissions. Our benefits package includes 15 days of paid vacation in the first year, comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, pension, extended health care, dental, and flexible schedules and work arrangements such as hybrid or remote work.

You will be responsible for building new market share by selling to new local commercial customers, selling additional products and services to existing accounts, renewing existing customer agreements, and identifying resale opportunities. You will use lead-generating techniques to identify prospects and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in outside sales, preferably in enterprise class commercial security systems or other technology. You will also need valid driver's license and good driving record, as well as availability for frequent local travel to customer offices.
