Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
  • Deliver sales presentations and conduct sales transactions
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, including Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Provide input into product design to tailor goods or services to client needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and provide technical support
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to clients
  • Provide customer service and support to clients
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
