Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Availability Expert to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a Regional Availability Expert, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of store and region-level availability strategies that achieve headquarter sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of P&G business objectives, grooming category, marketplace, and competitors.
  • Develop effective working relationships with Regional Availability Manager, identifying issues/opportunities and creating solutions that will improve POS, in-stock, open sales, and display compliance at target stores.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for all stores within the allocated territory and stratify stores based on greatest opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Department, Store, and Zone management, as well as Market AP leaders (TLMs), gaining alignment to systemic solutions.
  • Develop action plans and engage/train all appropriate store, market, and regional contacts to ensure solutions are integrated.
  • Efficiently and economically plan all specified store visits to achieve the required outcomes.
  • Capture data, insights, and feedback for daily/weekly reporting and the creation of business case studies.
  • Attend quarterly team meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • Bilingual in French at the native/highest proficiency level.
  • Located in or willing to self-relocate to the territory.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a car for extended periods.
  • Regional (in-province) travel required 1-2x per month.
