EUC Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Equipment Support Technician to join our team as an EUC Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our clients' endpoint equipment, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to end-user computing equipment, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Deploy and configure new equipment, ensuring that it meets our high standards for quality and security.
- Provide expert-level support for client operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- 3+ years of experience in IT equipment support, preferably in a help desk or field services environment.
- Expertise in endpoint management tools, such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and VMware Workspace ONE.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
