As a seasoned executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable land development at South Winds Development Co Inc. Our organization boasts a 50-year legacy of pioneering environmentally conscious development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and completion to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic project management approaches to drive success.
  • Supervise operational staff and manage external consultants and contractors to meet contractual obligations.
  • Lead project teams, set schedules, and prioritize workload to achieve goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and developments.
  • Manage communication and approvals processes with regulatory bodies.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and support business development initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a senior management role within construction or real estate.
  • Extensive knowledge of development processes, construction techniques, and project management best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
