Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at 2740038 Ontario Ltd. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
