Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Dispatcher to join our team at Loadberg Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and respond to emergency situations as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including contacting customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Communication: Operate radio equipment and process and transmit information to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
  • Problem Solving: Assist with maintenance of communications equipment and follow up on issues with work orders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
