Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wayahead Logistics Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • A keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
