Rally Engineering, a Canadian-owned and operated company, is seeking an experienced Engineer to join our team. As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering fit-for-purpose solutions and systems to our clients.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in oil sands, refining, petrochemicals, pipeline segments, and renewables. You will be responsible for planning and executing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet our clients' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead project teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in engineering or a related field
  • Registration with a provincial governing body
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation drafting software
  • Knowledge of 3D design/drafting software (e.g., AutoPlant, Plant 3D, OpenPlant, etc.)
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
