Your application for a Workday Consultant position at Alight Inc. is currently under review. As you may be aware, Alight has announced its intention to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). In addition, if you are made an offer of employment, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with the Divested Group company employment policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and quality execution of client deliverables and consult with clients on Workday projects.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains or clients.
  • Consult without supervision on complex projects, and/or lead Medium Enterprise or Large Enterprise projects depending on domain area(s) specialty.
  • Participate in client sales meetings as Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 7 plus years of previous consulting experience implementing ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, ADP or other SaaS software solutions.
  • Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects.
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision.
  • Demonstrates strong work ethics, setting an example for others.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Possesses sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday HCM+ Certification.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, Computer Science, or relevant field of study.
