About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Profile Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at London Limos. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with a secondary school graduation certificate, and at least one year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports, documents, and other materials for presentation to executive committees and boards of directors.
  • Supervise staff members and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and make travel arrangements as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage events, prepare invoices, and administer contracts and other documents.

  • Accurate and efficient in all tasks.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Benefits
  • We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
