About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to join our team at Fine Clothing Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, reviewing and evaluating new procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and preparing reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Benefits
