Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to join our team. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store's inventory and merchandising functions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the execution of visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement
- Overseeing the inventory management process to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
You will work closely with the store leadership team to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
