Lead Food Service Role

At THE CHOPPED LEAF, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service team.

About This Position

This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization, and upholding our company standards in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Supervision: Direct and manage a team of food service staff to ensure efficient service delivery and excellent customer experience.
  2. Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  4. Safety and Sanitation: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, reporting any incidents or hazards to management immediately.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service leadership role, with a proven track record of success in team management and customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
