About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Partner for People and Culture to join our team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective people strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on talent management, culture development, and HR analytics to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to design and implement programs, policies, and practices that promote a high-performance culture.
  • Work with business leaders to evolve organizational structures and talent strategies for short- and long-term scalability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and change management.
  • Provide consultation and guidance on performance management, engagement, career planning, and talent development.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in People and Culture, with a focus on business partnership and strategy development.
  • University degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience.
  • CHRL/CHRP designation is considered an asset.
  • Experience in using HR analytics to support business decisions.
  • Experience in facilitating change management.
  • Experience working in an HRIS (UKG specifically would be an asset).
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and integrations is highly desired.
  • Full bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
