We are a leading provider of industrial and commercial construction services, seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our projects.

Job Summary

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Budgeting and Cost Control
    • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
    • Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring they align with approved budgets
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
    • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
    • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare reports on project progress, including financial and operational updates
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word
