Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Walker Lake Meat Shop. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure we meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide our team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
