Job Summary

This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a team environment, providing high-level professional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues, managing communication, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer calls in a friendly and resourceful approach
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide resolutions
  • Respond to customer emails and chats in a professional manner
  • Accurately record and track communication and details of problems
  • Enter customer purchase orders with detail and precision in a timely manner
  • Print orders and assemble any required labels and installation guides to provide the warehouse for shipping
  • Track orders and manage communication on delayed items with customers
  • Manage returns and credits back to customers
  • Support the sales teams in various ways including being responsible for reports, order tracking, sales notes and follow up to quotes
  • Manage online dealer portals (updating tracking info, inventory etc.)
  • Generate invoices
  • Manage office supplies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a professional customer support role
  • Candidates who are bilingual in French are considered an asset
  • Conflict resolution experience
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Personal DIY experience and asset
  • Highly organized
  • Customer service mindset
  • Highly fluent in English both speaking and written
Compensation and Benefits

The discussed salary range is $55,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, full training, and 3 weeks vacation.
