Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective work schedules to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Coordinate activities among kitchen staff, food preparers, and servers to guarantee timely order fulfillment
  • Provide thorough training to staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with customers to resolve complaints and concerns promptly

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and problem-solving expertise
  • Familiarity with culinary genres and menu preparation methods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage stress, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Availability for 30-40 hours per week

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
