The role of a Hospitality Operations Manager at PJ Atlantic Restaurants (Moncton North) Ltd. is to lead the food service team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish effective work schedules to ensure seamless service delivery

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and problem-solving expertise
- Familiarity with culinary genres and menu preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage stress, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Availability for 30-40 hours per week
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
