We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at SSCI. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in providing technical assistance and support to users, as well as a strong understanding of business systems.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, offering 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of business systems and software applications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business systems and software applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
