Agricultural Laborer

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Laborer to join our team at Magnum Opus Inc. as a Crop Manager.

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for farming and a strong work ethic.

• Crop Maintenance: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops in accordance with established agricultural practices.
• Fertilization and Pest Control: Fertilize and spray crops to ensure optimal growth and prevent pests from damaging the crop.
• Harvesting: Harvest crops at the appropriate time to ensure maximum quality and yield.
• Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient crop management.
• Farm Safety: Ensure that all farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed at all times.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
• Work Setting: This role involves working in a rural area with access to staff accommodation available.
• Personal Qualities: A team player with excellent communication skills is essential for success in this role.
• Work Hours: 40-60 hours per week, with a seasonal work term.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
