Sustainability Sales Director, Lead Generation Expert

">At Environmental Resources Management (ERM), we are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Consulting Services team in Toronto. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our organization and drive business growth.
">Job Summary
">The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key buyers of consulting services, generating leads, and supporting sales pursuits within a defined set of accounts. They will have a proven track record in consulting sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to pursue and win new business opportunities.
">Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets">
- IDentify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and economic buyers of ERM services at defined accounts">
- Establish, monitor, and revise lead generation plans and activities">
- Generate a sales pipeline of 3x against target">
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets">
- IDentify and qualify new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline">
- Understand client needs and work with service teams to propose tailored consulting service solutions">
- Monitor and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends">
- Work closely with industry and service teams to ensure quality proposal development">
- Secures new business revenues and new customers in line with commercial objectives">
- Responsible for key account management, new business, renewals, up and cross-sales, and growth within accounts">
- Represents the company at conferences and industry events">
Qualifications
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or marketing or equivalent experience">
- 10+ years of sales experience in consulting services">
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets">
- Familiarity with the specified industry or regional market and key industry players">
- Internal networking across the ERM business">
- Experience selling Sustainability consulting services preferred">
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment">
Estimated Salary Range: CAD $120,000 - $180,000 per year
