About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at The Whitehorse Barber and Grooming Services for Men Ltd. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircutting and grooming services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality haircutting and grooming services to clients, including cuts, trims, shaves, and styling.
  • Shampoo and condition hair, and provide scalp massages as needed.
  • Use a variety of hair styling techniques, including blow drying, spiking, and other creative styles.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a Barber or in a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods.
