Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Practice Area Lead for our Natural Sciences team. This role involves leading a group of passionate professionals across all divisions of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, regulators, suppliers, and peers.
  • Support and mentor a team of professionals to ensure their growth and development.
  • Work with division managers to build diverse teams with talented individuals.
  • Advise on projects across multiple market sectors, primarily within Western Canada.
  • Enhance the company's reputation through your expertise.
  • Manage quality assurance within natural sciences.
  • Guide innovation and efficiencies across the team.
What You Will Gain

Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in natural sciences.
  • Status as a Professional Biologist.

  • Problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Understanding of applicable provincial and federal legislation and guidance.
