Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at 7 Point Millworks & Installations Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Mastercam CAD/CAM software and the ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately. You should also be proficient in MS Outlook and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Program and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality products
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate part production
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with production team members to meet productivity goals
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a CNC programmer or in a related field
  • Strong understanding of geometric data and its application in CNC programming
  • Proficiency in Mastercam CAD/CAM software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
