About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at our Fredericton, NB office. This is an in-person position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone calls and email communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and administering VOIP phone systems
  • Distributing emails and scheduling appointments
  • Data entry for inventory and customer data

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in data entry and the ability to work in different computer-based programs.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
