Supervision: The Freight Operations Manager will supervise 5-10 people, including dispatchers and radio operators, shippers and receivers, and transportation route and crew schedulers.

Computer and Technology Knowledge: The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Visio, electronic scheduler, dispatch management service software, inventory control software, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The Freight Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent oral communication skills.

Personal Suitability: We are looking for a candidate with accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player qualities.
