Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance & Management
  • Develop and implement sales scorecards and variable compensation reporting to drive sales performance and growth.
  • Lead strategic sales intelligence and management initiatives to drive business growth and optimize sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver sales tools, leader dashboards, and business referral insights to support sales teams.


Data Migration & Reporting
  • Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
  • Partner with technology teams to design and implement data reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Drive the evolution of the client and product reporting suite to ensure it meets the needs of the business.


People & Culture
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize sales performance.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams to drive business results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.


Requirements:

Education & Experience
  • Master's degree in Analytics, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales analytics, data management, and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and optimizing sales performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
