About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Mental Health & Addictions Manager, the Clinical Interventionist takes primary responsibility for overseeing the development, implementation, and coordination of clinical treatment programs for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Clinical Interventionist will collaborate with team members and community partners/organizations to provide a holistic, client/family-centered approach. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with relevant acts, regulations, and standards, as well as maintaining a high level of expertise in intervention for young children with ASD.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master's degree in Psychology and registration/licensure with the appropriate professional regulatory organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience, with extensive experience working with children with behavioral and neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly ASD. Key qualifications include demonstrated knowledge of best practices in intervention for young children with ASD, expertise with the DSM-IV diagnostic system, and ability to formulate and implement treatment plans.

Hours

This is a permanent part-time position, working 45 hours bi-weekly. Travel to various sites will be required.

Compensation and Incentives

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of $37.31 - $49.05, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, and a defined benefit pension plan.
