FX Sales Team Lead

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm, recognized for its innovative approach to FX risk management and trade finance. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and fostering a positive, supportive culture.
This is a leadership position that requires a proven track record in FX sales management. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring your team, and ensuring seamless customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional results.
- Pitch and close deals with prospective clients, leveraging your expertise and market knowledge.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and first trades.
- Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume.
- Implement regional sales programs, collaborating with fellow Heads of Desk to drive sales action and training plans.
- Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology and administration processes.
- Be involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
