About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to lead our Front Office team at 1 Hotel Toronto. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, training and supervising staff, and driving revenue growth through effective management of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of front office staff to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Manage front office operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest communication.
  • Train and supervise front office staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent guest service.
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics, including guest satisfaction, revenue, and staff productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures, revenue management, and guest service standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.
