Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Additional tasks will include data compilation, employee relations, payroll administration, and basic bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement budget plans to meet organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with HR projects and policies
• Establish and maintain effective office routines
• Compile and analyze data to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain positive employee relations
• Administer payroll and perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Office
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
