Job Description

Job Title: Full-Time Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Full-Time Sales Consultant to join our team at OSL Direct Services. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the sale of our full suite of residential products to customers who reside in apartment and condominium buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with various building stakeholders to ensure Bell services are presented to all prospective residents
  • Deliver best-in-class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand
  • Use the Salesforce CRM system to assist with territory and funnel management
  • Meet or exceed sales targets to increase commission earnings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail or business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable access to a personal vehicle and valid driver's license
