Pharmacist Business Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy business development efforts.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive pharmacy sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase pharmacy sales through effective marketing and promotional activities, as well as by leveraging partnerships and collaborations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience for pharmacy customers, including improvements to product offerings, store layouts, and customer service standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Analyze and optimize pharmacy operations to ensure efficient use of resources, minimize waste, and improve productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPhm) degree from an accredited institution.
- Class A pharmacist license in good standing.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, suppliers, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software and systems, such as KROLL Pharmacy.
