Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and quality control.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain efficient kitchen operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes while minimizing waste and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events, promotions, and new initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, and manage expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and management, to guarantee a cohesive and customer-centric environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a head chef or equivalent position in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or catering environment.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, developing menus, and implementing operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
