About the Role

The Customer Support Advisor - Integration is a key position at Logibec, responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of integration technologies and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second level customer service, handling service calls, documenting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Offer on-call support outside regular business hours, working in a rotating schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to identify and resolve common anomalies.
  • Develop and implement solutions to recurring problems, ensuring seamless integration with Logibec's solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Logibec's administrative processes and policies, maintaining the highest standards of security, confidentiality, and access to information.
  • Participate in the deployment of Logibec's solutions, providing remote or on-site support as needed.
  • Perform interface testing with suppliers and customers, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma in a relevant field, with cumulative work experience considered equivalent.
  • Excellent IT skills, with a focus on integration technologies.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of adaptability and enthusiasm.
  • Bilingualism (fluent French) is required, as the role involves working with French and English documentation and communicating with suppliers and colleagues.
  • Availability to work atypical hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
