Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational change management strategy, aligning with institutional objectives and utilizing change management best practices.
- Lead change management initiatives for key organizational projects, including the development of project-specific change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, communication, guidance, and support.
- Provide operational leadership to the unit, including hiring, leadership, and management of staff, prioritizing relevant projects, and coordinating the workload of the team.
- Monitor project deliverables, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a sound understanding of project management and change management principles and tools.
- Utilize exceptional presentation and influencing skills to influence at all levels, obtain buy-in, and clearly communicate complex information verbally and in writing across multiple levels.
- Work with an increasingly diverse student and staff population, demonstrating a proven commitment to anti-oppression, equity, and inclusion.
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business or Psychology or other relevant program.
- 7+ years of in-depth experience as a senior practitioner with sound change management experience within a large, complex organization.
- Solid working knowledge of database software.
- Experience with research, analysis, and synthesis of information.
- Change Management certification (preferably Prosci) is required.
