About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN Accelerators. You'll work closely with our team to analyze technical needs, research, and architect solutions that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide presales support for developing recommendations, designing, and deploying network and security solutions.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network service delivery.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the network infrastructure and services in production.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in information technologies and networking.
  • Extensive hands-on network management expertise, including setup, troubleshooting, and network security.
  • Experience working with other technologies from a network troubleshooting and service perspective, such as HP, ARUBA, FORTINET, PALO ALTO.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in networking technologies, such as Cisco, Juniper, HP/Aruba, or Fortinet.
  • Network/Security Operations center Experience.
