Job Description

AECOM is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Information Specialist to join our Transportation Business Line staff in the Winnipeg, Manitoba office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers in the Winnipeg Transportation Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review documents, including engineering specifications, shop drawings, technical reports, and contracts.
  • Provide project management assistance, including invoice review and approval, project tracking, and proposal setup.
  • Manage document control and records management for multiple projects and Project Managers.
  • Coordinate department-level and project meetings, take minutes, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new staff and health and safety coordination for the Winnipeg Transportation contingent.
  • Provide office facilities support and lead projects through AECOM's Quality Management System.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Certificate with 4 years of related administrative experience or equivalency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized project management software.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
