As a Quality Assurance Technician at Sofina Foods, you will monitor and inspect products, materials, equipment, and production facilities to ensure compliance with our quality philosophy, QA programs, and government regulations.

The role requires strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and quality regulatory requirements. You will perform quality assurance checks, including CCP checks, GMP monitoring, pre-operational inspection, and conformity testing.

You will also be responsible for operating lab equipment, conducting microbiological tests, maintaining accurate records, and participating in internal and external audits.

A certificate or diploma in Quality Assurance or a related field, along with relevant food processing experience, is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
